If SignCut won't start then you do not need to uninstall and reinstall. There is an easier way. Please follow these instructions:
1. Click go.
2. Open finder.
3. Click on "Go to folder" in the Go menu.
4. Write ~/library in the box and click Go.
5. Open the Application Support folder.
6. Locate the SignCut folder and delete it.
7. Restart SignCut and enter your license number and cutter settings.
Close the program then restart it and all your information you entered should be saved in the program.
