The plugin for Inkscape on Windows can be downloaded here. 


1. Close Inkscape and SignCut then run the installer package. 

2. Once the plugin is installed, restart Inkscape. 

3. Create a sample shape and find the Send to SignCut option under Export in the Extensions menu.
