When cutting small, detailed objects, there is always a risk of the material loosening. To avoid this, we have a feature called Cut inner objects first. This feature will enable the cutter to start cutting on the inner parts first. As an example, it will cut-out the smaller, inner circle in the letter "O" before cutting the outer circle.

To activate this feature, click Cut out in the File menu and select the Advanced settings Tab. Enable Sorting (we recommend that this is set to "Width") then check the option named Cut inner objects first.

Pro Tip: Click on Preview to see if the cutting results match your preference. This will prevent errors in results and potentially save you from wasting material!
