For SignCut Pro 2, we have moved the purchase process inside the software. 

Open SignCut Pro 2 and click the Account menu then click on Purchase Extension. 

This option allows you to view and purchase all different versions of Pro 2 and their corresponding cost whether per month or per year for a one-time payment and subscribe to a recurring payment service (subscriptions are at a discounted price.) 

Once you've made your selection, please click on Purchase and it will redirect you to PayPal to complete your purchase. Once completed, click the Re-validate Account in the Account menu to apply the new subscription.
