To cancel the recurring payment, please do the following and observe, we do not grant refunds for withdrawals made with recurring payment (Find more about the terms and conditions here). Kindly make sure you get a confirmation from PayPal on your screen that the cancellation went through properly so you are not automatically charged in the future. If you cancel the automatic payment service, please also observe that you will need to make a purchase manually in our web shop the next time your subscription expires to continue using SignCut.
Here's how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:
1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Click Payment Preferences.
3. Click Manage Automatic Payments.
4. Select the merchant. On this page, you can cancel the automatic payment and change the backup funding source.
To update your automatic payment method on the app:
1. Tap Wallet.
2. Tap Manage AutoPay.
3. Tap the merchant to view or update.
4. You can update your preferred payment method.
To remove a payment method on the app:
1. Tap Wallet.
2. Tap Manage Autopay.
3. Tap the merchant to view or update.
4. Tap Remove PayPal as your payment method.
