1. Click the Settings menu and select Settings. 
2. Enable the feature Run multiple instances and click OK. 
3. Restart SignCut Pro 2 and you can now open multiple windows and should be able to use multiple cutters at the same time. 

Note: When enabled, export plugins won't work and is not available on Mac.
